A Camp Week program typically consists of 6 weeks, each lasting 6 days and spread out over 12 months with a representative from the leadership team of the company meeting officials individually or in eclectic groups of journalists, academicians, writers, investors etc. over luncheons, discussion sessions, or side events.

Each camp week focuses on a specific aspect of the relationship-building process, including rapport building, opinion seeking, soft education, targeted education, specific ask, and the push. These meetings are designed to give the bureaucrats an opportunity to showcase their expertise, learn about the company's work and network, and be educated about the importance of the specialized capabilities of your company.

During Camp Week, the representative of the company will meet with 5 to 8 bureaucrats and legislators, members of the target audience, and sometimes along with influencers of the target audience.

A typical Camp Week Program may have the following trajectory:
